The results: Only 23 percent of Curbed Boston readers guessed the correct asking price for this two-bedroom, two-bathroom penthouse near the Neponset River. The biggest vote-getter re: the 1,506-square-foot corner unit was $779,000 with 32 percent.

Second place went to $888,000 with 31 percent. The sum $1,050,000 was a distant fourth at 10 percent. Thanks for playing.
