Adams Shore

The three-level ranch at 96 Albatross Road runs to 1,658 square feet and includes three bedrooms as well as one and a half bathrooms. There’s a two-car garage, too, and central AC. The asking is $599,900.

West Quincy

The garrison colonial at 3 Emerald Street near the Milton-Quincy line has three levels too. There are three bedrooms and one and a half bathrooms in its 1,797 square feet. The tag is $599,900.

Adams Shore

North Quincy
