The 961-square-foot Unit 12 at 545 East Third Street was built this year as part of a 12-unit project, and includes two bedrooms as well as three bathrooms. The $799,900 tag and the $364.54 condo fee also cover one heated garage parking space.
West Roxbury
We end in one of Boston’s more suburban enclaves, where the 2,000-square-foot 31 Crehore Road is asking $799,900. The colonial dating from the 1930s includes three bedrooms and one and a half bathrooms.
