The 2,422-square-foot Unit 1 at 21 Everett Avenue in Dorchester’s Jones Hill is part of a freshly constructed development of four townhouses in two buildings. Each emphasizes space and contemporary interiors (via Melissa Miranda Interior Design).

And each is asking at least $1.15 million. In the case of 21 Everett’s Unit 1, which includes three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms and which is pictured herein, the tag is $1.15 million. The other townhouse in its building is asking $1.15 million also. And two others at 19 Everett are both under agreement at $1.15 million and $1.2 million. Compass has the listings.

The townhouses also come with parking. And they also provide a window into what new development can go for in Boston’s largest neighborhood by area—and how that might compare with the rest of the city and the region. Have a look.
