Unit 2 at 124 Everett Street in busy East Boston’s Jeffries Point packs a lot into its 509 square feet.
There are two bedrooms and one bathroom, and the large windows and open floorplan give the unit a look of spaciousness. There’s also a private roof deck.
Perhaps the best thing about Unit 2, though, is its asking price through NextGen Realty’s Nathan Klairmont: It’s retailing for just $350,00. That’s a relative steal in the Boston condo market right now, at least when it comes to total askings.
The $687 a square foot that that price pencils out to, though, is pretty inline with Boston prices overall. What’d you think?
