The 4,268-square-foot Tudor revival at 23 Sturtevant Road in Quincy’s Quincy Center went up in 1929, and has been on the sales market just once before.

It dropped in early December through Keller Williams’ Karen Powers for $1.038 million, or $243 a square foot—which would pretty much make the house a steal nowadays a few miles north in Boston.

The capacious expanse includes three and a half bathrooms and five bedrooms as well as an in-ground pool out back and a walkup attic above. While it retains some vestiges of its 90 years, much of the house has been redone. What’d you think?
