Few neighborhoods in the Boston region are changing as fast as East Boston, and development is driving much of that enclave’s change. Case in point: The five-unit project at 217 Paris Street, which replaced a single-family at the same address.
The three-level, ground-up development includes Unit 5 at its top. The 1,347-square-foot penthouse is retailing for $835,000 through Carlton’s Wharf & Company. That pencils out to $619 a square foot, perhaps a bargain in today’s Boston market.
The condo comes with modern finishes—no surprise given it’s a relative pup—and there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There are also two private decks, and the tag covers garage parking, electric-car charger included. What’d you think?
