Few neighborhoods in the Boston area are changing as much as East Boston, and much of that change is due to new development big and small.
One such smaller development is the two-unit project that went up this year at 67 Lubec Street in the Jeffries Point area. Unit 2 from that project is now on sale for $650,000 through Troy & Associates’ Melissa Novaco.
The two-bedroom, two-bathroom runs to 1,000 square feet in a contemporary interior, and the tag covers one garage parking spot. Perhaps crucially, too, the windows are soundproofed. Take a look.
