The Seaport District’s Pier 4 is one of a handful of developments spurring a boom in ultra-luxury sales in Boston. The nine-story, 106-unit building opened in May, and quickly made news with two closings for at least $3,000 a square foot—one of which set a Boston sales record of $4,180 a foot, in fact.
So it’s little surprise that Pier 4 would produce a listing such as the new one for Penthouse I. It is asking $6,992,000—or $2,839 a square foot—through Janice Dumont at Advisors Living.
The 2,462-square-foot spread includes three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms, and comes complete with a private deck that runs to 1,023 square feet. Said deck features a fire pit and a grill. Take a look.
