Also in Dorchester, the new-construction Unit 303 at 85 Willow Court is asking $799,000 for its two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and 1,376 square feet. The tag covers heated parking. The condo fee has yet to be determined.
We end in Roxbury, where Unit 2 at 15 Millmont Street is asking $799,000. It’s a 2,511-square-foot, three-bedroom, three-bathroom duplex with two deeded parking spots. The kitchen was renovated recently.
