Unit 2 at 136 Arlington Street is a relatively tiny home in a relatively tiny neighborhood. It’s located on the edge of Bay Village, which Boston considers its smallest official enclave.

The one-bedroom, one-bathroom—which includes a newly done kitchen—runs to just 465 square feet. But its location puts it near the center of Boston.

Unit 2 is asking $499,000 through Leading Edge Real Estate. That’s a steal in the aggregate, but still more than $1,000 a square foot. What’d you think?
