East Cambridge

Somerville

The two-floor Unit 2 at 57 Properzi Way near the Somerville-Cambridge border runs to 1,000 square feet, and contains three bedrooms and one bathroom. It comes with an enclosed porch, and there’s coin-operated laundry in the basement.

Neighborhood Nine

Unit 3 at 16 Shepard Street in Cambridge’s Neighborhood Nine is 724 square feet, and includes one bedroom and one bathroom. It also has a patio and a backyard.
