The Wing, the members-only, women-focused association that started in Manhattan in October 2016, plans to open its first Boston location this spring, and it’s out with new renderings of what the space will look like.

Recall that the company is taking more than 10,500 square feet on two floors at 699 Boylston Street in Back Bay. The space will include a seasonal terrace, showers, lockers, conference rooms, phone booths, a food-and-beverage area, and a lactation room.

What’s more, The Wing’s Boston wing is due to have wraparound floor-to-ceiling windows with city and Charles River views. In general, the company says that its new space is drawing inspiration for its design from the region’s past and present, including from Boston-area women’s colleges and writers such as Phillis Wheatley and Sylvia Plath.

Membership for the Boston location will run $185 a month or $2,100 a year; for $250 a month or $2,700 annually, members can have access to all Wing locations.
