The bones of the Georgian revival at 10 Charles River Square in Beacon Hill date from 1899. The spread is on sale now through Gibson Sotheby’s for $4.25 million.

The interior of the 13-room, 4,412-square-foot townhouse includes five fireplaces, four and a half bathrooms, and the potential for five bedrooms. There are also two decks, including one off the main suite that unfolds over an entire floor.

Finally, the hefty tag covers deeded parking right outside.
