Glenwood

Unit 1 at 244 Central Avenue went up last year as part of a new development. It’s 1,272 square feet, and has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The asking is $599,900 and the condo fee is $200. The unit comes with deeded off-street parking.

South Medford

The 1,323-square-foot Unit 2 at 11 Hicks Avenue includes three bedrooms and one bathroom. It’s asking $599,900 as well, and includes an assigned off-street parking spot. The condo fee is not available.

Also in South Medford, Unit 3 at 19 Wright Avenue runs to 1,139 square feet and includes two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The $599,000 tag—and the $200 fee—cover a tandem parking space in a shared driveway.

Wellington

The 1,576-square-foot house at 114 Second Street is being presented as a fixer-upper for $575,000. There are one and a half bathrooms and the potential for four bedrooms.

West Medford

Unit 27 at 27 Wolcott Park is asking $559,900. It includes two deeded off-street parking spaces, plus two bathrooms, three bedrooms, and 1,206 square feet. The condo fee is $150.
