It seems almost quaint, but the six-room, 2,292-square-foot townhouse at 6 Walden Mews near Cambridge’s Danehy Park is using its bookshelves as a selling point. “Booklover’s dream!,” declares the Coldwell Banker listing.

The house does come with quite a run of built-in shelves and cabinets, which pervade just about every part except the two and a half bathrooms, the kitchen, and the deck.

The spread, which dates from just 1987 and which includes four levels, is asking $1.175 million.
