What/where: A three-bedroom, one-and-a-half-bathroom Victorian single-family along Tuttle Street in Dorchester’s Savin Hill

Square footage: 1,720

The skinny: This sunny house near the Red Line dates from 1910, but has been maintained to the point of looking like a modern condo in spots. Woodwork and stained glass from the original house remain, however.

The Vic also includes parking for two and there’s space at the top for an office/gym/etc. What say you re: the price? Take a look and then take your best guess.
