Dorchester

Brighton

In Brighton’s Cleveland Circle area, Unit 7 at 8 Kinross Road runs to 735 square feet, and includes one bedroom and one bathroom. The rent covers a nearby parking spot.

Fenway-Kenmore/Jamaica Plain

Unit 20 at 364 Riverway Street in the JP/Fenway-Kenmore borderlands runs to 535 square feet, and includes one bedroom and one bathroom.

Roxbury

The 850-square-foot Unit 1 at 45 Clifford Street is on the first floor, and includes two bedrooms and one bathroom. The in-building dryer is free to use.

The North End

Unit 4 at 22 Battery Street is a one-bedroom, one-bathroom stretching to 500 square feet. There’s coin-operated laundry in the building.
