Cambridge is no stranger to monster asking prices, but the $16 million tag for the Queen Anne Victorian at 167 Brattle Street in West Cambridge is the priciest listing so far in the city in 2019.

The 16-room spread dates from 1883 and runs to 8,021 square feet. There are six fireplaces as well as formal gardens amid the approximately half-acre lot. There are seven bathrooms total, five full, and the potential for at least five bedrooms too.

There are also touches such as an au pair/in-law suite on the third floor and a wine cellar with a vaulted ceiling down below. Gina Brennan has the listing.
