Back Bay spread also comes with three bedrooms; latest luxury listing in a crowded Boston market

It appears to be raining luxury listings in the Boston market. The latest? A 3,714-square-foot co-op on the second level of 380 Beacon Street in Back Bay.

It includes three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms as well as a wood-paneled library, five fireplaces, a private roof deck, and ample storage via exclusive use of three separate rooms.

Unsurprisingly, such features and such a location do not come cheap: Unit 2 at 380 Beacon is asking $6,398,000 through William Raveis. That pencils out to $1,722 a square foot, which is not that expensive stacked against other recent luxury listings (and closings) in Boston.
