What $800,000 buys around Somerville now

These newer listings in East Somerville, Davis Square, Ten Hills, and elsewhere offer up sleek interiors and modern appliances

Ten Hills

East Somerville

The two-bedroom, two-bathroom Unit 15 at 15 Illinois Avenue runs to 1,625 square feet, and the $799,900 price includes one parking spot. The condo fee is $150.

Ten Hills

Unit 1 at 36-1 Fenwick Street is a 1,760-square-foot duplex with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The $799,900 tag covers a tandem parking spot and a private patio. The condo fee is unavailable.

Davis Square

In the Davis Square area near the Cambridge border, Unit 4 at 30 Howard Street is asking $799,000 for its one bedroom, one bathroom, and 889 square feet. The price covers one garaged parking space too. The condo fee is $433.

Porter Square

Unit 1 at 331 Beacon Street is in the Porter Square area and also near the Cambridge border. It runs to 1,430 square feet, and includes three bedrooms as well as two and a half bathrooms. The asking is $798,000. The condo fee is $125. Two parking spots come with the unit.
