What $10,000 a month rents around Boston now

These newer listings in Beacon Hill, Back Bay, Charlestown, and elsewhere offer lots of space and amenities

Charlestown

Waterfront

This 1,561-square-foot condo with two bedrooms and two bathrooms comes fully furnished. The rent for Unit PH1403 at 80 Broad Street also includes one garaged parking space.

Beacon Hill

Unit 4 at 9 Park Street is the only unit on the floor. It includes three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms as well as direct elevator access, a washer-dryer, and central air. Parking is extra.

Downtown Crossing

This 3,323-square-foot condo for rent at 3 Winter Place comes with direct elevator access as well. Unit PH4 also has three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms, and the rent covers one parking spot.
