The achingly contemporary house at 31 Caitlin Road in Brookline’s Fisher Hill went up in 2019, and has been on the market for most of the year. It is now asking $6.5 million through William Raveis’ Robin Allen following a $300,000 price-chop.

True to form, the 6,361-square-foot, multilevel house is capacious and bright, all sharp breaks and sleek expanses. It includes touches such as a roof deck and a three-car heated garage as well as six and a half bathrooms and five bedrooms.

The house, too, is just off Route 9 near the Brookline Reservoir. Have a peek.
