One of Boston’s more remarkable residential developments over the past few years was the conversion of the former Holy Trinity German Catholic Church and rectory at 136-140 Shawmut Avenue in the South End into 33 luxury condos.

A listing for Unit 3A at the project dubbed the Lucas has come along as a reminder of that.

The 1,850-square-foot spread is on sale through Compass’ Derocker & Khoury for $1,895,000. Predictably, given the building’s provenance, the three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom condo is capacious and airy, with plenty of natural light from the old church windows.

There is a also direct elevator access, and the Lucas has a daytime concierge.
