Big reveal: The rent on a Charlestown two-bedroom with laundry and roof deck access

Some 25 percent of Curbed Boston readers nailed the correct asking here—but that asking came down

Price: $2,900

The results: No one got this one—that is, the rent dropped $100 during the duration of the voting. The monthly tag for this 690-square-foot two-bedroom, one-bathroom with hardwood floors throughout and a washer-dryer had been $3,000 to start. And 25 percent of Curbed Boston readers did guess that sum.

Another 36 percent guessed $2,750, and a further 21 percent wagered $3,250. Thanks for playing—this was a tough one.
