The 15-room, 3,770-square-foot Unit 2-4 at 359 Beacon Street in Back Bay is on offer together via two separate deeds. One is to the garden level and first floor, and the other is for the second and third floors.

Altogether, the magisterial spread is configured as a triplex with a floor-though—though there are architectural plans to combine levels three and four, according to Cabot & Company’s Shelagh Brennan, who has listed the property for $6.425 million. (The units had been on sale earlier this year through another broker.)

The quasi-townhouse with what the listing describes as “European-inspired design” features touches such as 27 “bespoke closets” and nine fireplaces, including one on a landscaped terrace. There is a wine cellar that can hold 600 bottles and a guest suite with its own kitchenette.

The spread also comes with direct access to two contiguous parking spots, and some of the hardwood flooring is from when the building went up in the mid-1880s. Have a look.
