The bones of the townhouse at 11 Rutland Square in the go-go South End date from 1860, but the spread has been thoroughly updated and renovated. The finished product is on sale now through William Raveis for $6.75 million, or $1,556 a square foot.

The 4,339-square-foot property includes five bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, an elevator to all four floors, and a roof deck with a grill. The hefty tag also covers four parking spots—including two in a garage and two along a heated driveway.

There are also three gas fireplaces and a kitchen big enough for its own table. What'd you think?
