South End penthouse with elevator access and private roof deck on sale for $5.5 million

The spread occupies the top two floors of two combined brownstones off Union Park

Unit 4 at 28-30 Union Park in the busy, busy South End is the product of the combination and renovation of two adjoining brownstones. This penthouse occupies the top two floors of the four-unit development.
