Rent: $3,380

The results: Only 24 percent of Curbed Boston readers nailed the correct monthly rent for this 838-square-foot one-bedroom, one-bathroom within a newer development within one of Greater Boston’s newer neighborhoods.

The biggest vote-getter was $3,350 with 33 percent, and third place went to $3,550 with 23 percent. The sum $2,750 finished a distant fourth with 11 percent. Thanks for playing.
