The rent’s not going up for a while and there's outdoor space—take a look and then take your best guess

What/where: A two-bedroom, one-bathroom condo for rent at St. Peter and Paul Gore streets in Jamaica Plain

Square feet: 1,230

The skinny: This spread includes a renovated kitchen and bathroom as well as a washer-dryer in said kitchen’s pantry and a couple of porches. The rent, too, will be the same through the next two leases, including the one starting on August 1, according to the listing.
