The 95-year-old cape-style bungalow at 186 Washington Street in Arlington’s Arlington Heights includes two bedrooms and one bathroom in its 1,287 square feet. The house also retains some of its age in the stylish moldings and the built in cabinetry.

But what might really be the spread’s allure is its price: $595,000 through Bowes Real Estate Living. That pencils out to $462 a square foot. While that’s above the median price for detached single-families in the Boston region as January, it’s still a find.

The listing itself seems to acknowledge as much, calling 186 Washington “this fantastic opportunity” to become a homeowner—even a house owner—in Arlington. What’d you think?
