The average downtown condo sales price at the start of 2020 was more than $1.54 million, based on closed deals in 2019’s fourth quarter. The average per foot was $1,247. And half the condos that sold in all of Boston in December went for $705,000 or more.
Unit 2 at 18 Verdun, then, would appear a deal in modern Boston. Thoughts?
