The sum can command quite a bit of square footage in Dot enclaves such as Lower Mills, Ashmont, and Savin Hill

St. Marks

Unit 3 at 46 Semont Road is a three-bedroom, one-bathroom condo up for rent. It runs to 1,125 square feet, and includes features such as central air, in-unit laundry, and front and back porches.

Savin Hill

The 820-square-foot Unit 23 at 400 Savin Hill Avenue comes fully furnished. There are two bedrooms and one bathroom as well as a balcony off the living room.

Dorchester Center

A parking space comes with Unit 1 at 38 Tremlett Street. The three-bedroom, one-bathroom runs to 1,200 square feet.

Ashmont

There’s a parking space with this apartment too. Unit 2 at 30 Minot Street is 1,000 square feet even.

Lower Mills

The 1,500-square-foot Unit 2 at 26 Fendale Avenue includes three bedrooms and one bathroom as well as front and back porches and in-unit laundry. The $2,500 a month covers a parking space also.
