What $2,500 a month rents in Dorchester

St. Marks

Savin Hill

The 820-square-foot Unit 23 at 400 Savin Hill Avenue comes fully furnished. There are two bedrooms and one bathroom as well as a balcony off the living room.

Dorchester Center

A parking space comes with Unit 1 at 38 Tremlett Street. The three-bedroom, one-bathroom runs to 1,200 square feet.

Ashmont

The 1,500-square-foot Unit 2 at 26 Fendale Avenue includes three bedrooms and one bathroom as well as front and back porches and in-unit laundry. The $2,500 a month covers a parking space also.
