The spread with plenty of brick showcases just the sort of deals that can be had in the city

The 600-square-foot Unit 3 at 19 Medford Street is a solidly endearing example of the sort of deals that can be had in Chelsea, Boston’s northern neighbor.

The one-bedroom, one-bathroom with plenty of exposed brick as well as central air and laundry access in its building’s basement is just on the other side of the Mystic River from both East Boston and Charlestown.

Were the condo in either neighborhood instead of in Chelsea’s Admirals Hill, it would likely be retailing for a lot more than what it’s going for now. What’s it going for? $345,000 through Re/Max Insight. What’d you think?
