Prospect Hill

Unit 2 at 20 Highland Avenue is one half of a two-family home. The 1,810-square-foot duplex includes three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The condo includes central air and access to a shared patio. There are also three assigned parking spots. The price is $874,999, and the HOA is unavailable.
