The 1,080-square-foot townhouse at 11 School Street Place in Egleston Square on the Jamaica Plain-Roxbury border includes both a finished attic and a finished basement. There’s also a garage off the backyard.

The three-bedroom, one-and-a-half-bathroom spread is on sale now through Vicente Realty’s Jose Maldonado for the rather precise sum of $475,901.

That’s well below the $705,000 median sales price in December for detached single-families in all of Boston, according to the Greater Boston Association of Realtors and research firm the Warren Group, and also well below the median townhouse price for the fourth quarter of 2019 of $1,311,500, according to appraiser Miller Samuel and brokerage Douglas Elliman.
