The results: Only 20 percent of Curbed Boston readers guessed the correct asking price on this 1,078-square-foot two-bedroom, two-bathroom in Dorchester’s Lower Mills that’s part of a recently completed seven-unit project.

The biggest vote-getter was $639,900 with 40 percent of the tally, and $600,000 came in second with 23 percent. Thanks for playing.
