There’s a video out of Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen’s Brookline home from listing brokerage Gibson Sotheby’s.
The GOAT and the supermodel listed the Woodland Road spread—which includes a mansion of around 9,700 square feet, a guest house with approximately 2,400 square feet (and a yoga studio), a pool, a three-car garage (with pavement parking for 20 more, give or take), and an organic vegetable and herb garden—for $39.5 million in early August 2019.
They cut the price of the approximately 5-acre estate by $5.6 million two months later. It nevertheless remains the most expensive listing in Brookline, one of Boston’s tonier suburbs. Brookline officials approved the estate’s construction in 2013, and the mansion was up by 2015. Landry Design Group’s Richard Landry was the architect.
The video tour of the estate comes as Brady approaches free agency at 4 p.m. EST on March 17 (not that we’re keeping close tabs). Will he re-up with the Patriots, the team he’s led to six Super Bowl wins? Or will he run out his career elsewhere? The fate of his Boston-area home might foreshadow that decision. Stay tuned. Meanwhile, here’s the video.
