We end in busy, busy Allston at the two-year-old Telford condo building. Unit 221 at 180 Telford Street is a 783-square-foot one-bedroom, one-bathroom with central air and a washer-dryer. The building includes a fitness center, and a garage parking space is included in the $669,000 tag. The HOA is $618.
