The 1,662-square-foot penthouse at 17 Braddock Park in the enviable South End comes with two levels and two private decks, including one up top with dictatorial views of downtown Boston. The spread is on sale now through Manuel Davis and Kristy Ganong at Advisors Living for $1.985 million.

The condo in the three-unit building dating from 1865 includes three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. There’s also one dramatic staircase that connects the two levels and a sizable kitchen to boot.

As for that price—which pencils out to $1,194 a square foot—it’s definitely on the northern end of the Boston spectrum. The city’s median condo sales price was $700,000, according to the latest figures.
