East Boston
The recently renovated Unit 3B at 139 Border Street includes central air and a washer-dryer. The spread runs to 600 square feet, and includes one bedroom and one bathroom.
We end with the most spacious of the lot: Unit 1 at 298 Chestnut Avenue, which unfolds over 1,600 square feet and includes two bedrooms and one bathroom as well as a private back deck. The $2,600 a month also covers two off-street parking spots.
