The results: Some 41 percent of Curbed Boston readers guessed $2,750 for the rent on this 566-square-foot one-bathroom studio near Olmsted Park. A further 26 percent guessed even lower with $2,500.

Only 16 percent guessed the correct—much higher—monthly amount. Perhaps that correct rent is a function of the stubborn Boston rental market, where rents appear to be weathering even something as disruptive as the novel coronavirus pandemic.
