Big reveal: A Dorchester townhouse with raw space up top

Quite a few Curbed Boston readers guessed the correct asking price—did you?

Price: $769,900

The results: Some 24 percent of Curbed Boston readers guessed the correct asking price for this 1,966-square-foot townhouse with four bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms as well as central air and some raw space up top that a new owner could build out.

But the biggest vote-getter was $859,000 with 36 percent, meaning a lot of readers went long. The sum $701,999 came in a distant third with 17 percent. Thanks for playing!
