A window AC comes with Unit 209 at 1277 Commonwealth Avenue, a 600-square-foot apartment with one bedroom, one bathroom, and one decorative fireplace. The rent also covers a parking space.
Fenway
The 302-square-foot Unit 5 at 131 Park Drive is a studio with two closets and a separate kitchen.
Roslindale
We end in Roslindale, toward Boston’s southern end. Unit 2 at 35 Grew Hill Road is an 882-square-foot two-bedroom, one-bathroom that comes with two parking spots.
