Fort Point is one of the best Boston neighborhoods for nabbing a loft. Unit 207 at 319 A Street highlights that reality, one born of an industrial past full of capacious buildings originally used as warehouses and factories.
The condo—for sale now through Conway Cityside’s Tia Zaferakis for $625,000—runs to only 565 square feet, but it makes the most of that space via high ceilings, large windows, a walk-in California closet, and a Murphy bed that frees up that much more room in the loft.
The 45-unit conversion of 319 A Street wrapped as recently as 2016, too, so spreads such as Unit 207 still retain a new feel. And, as for that price, it’s actually at the southern end of the Boston condo spectrum. The latest Greater Boston Association of Realtors figures put the city’s median condo sales price at $700,000.
