South End
Unit 5 at 764 Tremont Street includes its own roof deck. The 814-square-foot one-bedroom, one-bathroom asking $719,900 includes a washer-dryer. The HOA is $139.
East Boston
We end with more new construction: This time Unit 219 at 99 Sumner Street, part of the 107-unit the Mark at DeNormandie Wharf. The 717-square-foot one-bedroom, one-bathroom with central air is asking $719,900. The HOA is $521.51. (There are no available interior shots right now.)
