Jamaica Plain two-bedroom with a renovated bathrooms drops for under $530,000

The condo in one of Boston’s mighty triple-deckers has its own direct front door and garage parking

The 1,080-square-foot Unit 1 at 93 Rossmore Road in Jamaica Plain is tucked within one of Boston’s seemingly ubiquitous and rightfully famous triple-deckers. It has also been updated, including with a renovated bathroom.

The spread includes two bedrooms as well as, and it comes with garage parking and private storage. There’s also a washer-dryer and central air.

The total package is on sale now through Sazama Real Estate for $429,000, or $489 a square foot—both of which are on the southern end of the Boston price spectrum. The latest Greater Boston Association of Realtors stats (albeit from January) pegged the city’s median condo price at $700,000 and its average condo price per foot at $812.
