The votes are in, and by a sizable margin Curbed Boston readers have selected Hub50House at 50 Causeway Street in Boston’s West End as the region’s best new building of 2019.

The 38-story, 440-unit apartment tower—with fourth-floor dog park—opened in November as part of the massive Hub on Causeway project going up on and around TD Garden. Hub50House started leasing in May, and was one-quarter taken by that November opening.

Boston Properties and Delaware North—TD Garden’s owner—is behind the building, and Solomon Cordwell Buenz is behind the design.

The West End tower won the annual best building vote handily, garnering 52 percent of the tally. The next biggest vote-getter was the Northeastern University dorm LightView with 39 percent. The skyscraper One Dalton and Bulfinch Crossing’s Sudbury residential building tied for a distant third with 4 percent apiece.

The Encore Boston Harbor casino-resort in Everett finished fourth with 1 percent. Thanks for voting and thanks to readers who wrote in with initial nominees. Please feel free to sound off in the comments below re: the results.
