Fifteen of the 21 apartments planned for a new project at 50 Stedman Street in Jamaica Plain will be two-bedrooms. The rest will be one-bedrooms.
The Boston Planning & Development Agency in early March signed off on the Helms Investments development, which will mean the demolition of the Wentworth Service Station currently on the site, which is near where Hyde Park Avenue meets the Arborway.
The complex will be three floors, and will have subterranean parking for 21 cars. Four of the 21 units will be designated as affordable.
