The Brynx, a two-building apartment complex on South Huntington Avenue in Jamaica Plain, has started leasing, the development team behind the project announced.

Recall that the complex incorporated the old Goddard House nursing home at 201 South Huntington, which closed in 2012, into the development. The complex also includes the newly built 221 South Huntington.

There are 149 apartments total with 68 distinct floorpans, according to developers Eden Properties, Samuels & Associates, and Northwestern Mutual Real Estate.

Studios start at $2,460 a month; one-bedrooms at $2,865; two-bedrooms at $3,540; and three-bedrooms (which have two bathrooms) at $4,515.

Many units have outdoor space, and amenities at the Brynx include an indoor rock-climbing wall, bike storage (and cleaning stations), a dog run (and dog-washing station), a 24-hour concierge, and an automated parking system. The developers also tout the development’s proximity to the Green Line and to Hubway kiosks.

Move-ins are expected to start in May.
